Courts Martial
For servicemen and women a Courts Martial can be a traumatic experience to deal with. They will face a full trial, with similar penalties to those in the civilian Crown Court.
We have a team of lawyers who specialise in representing military personnel, and funding is usually available through the Army Legal Aid Scheme. Richard Egan is our senior lawyer and heads our team. He receives recommendations to deal with all aspects of military law and regularly attends Courts Martial and military interviews.
