Conditional Fee Arrangements
This applies only to suing the police and prison law.
Under such an arrangement you will not have to fund your own litigation. You will pay nothing on account and should not have to pay us at all.
If your case is won, we should be able to collect the costs from the other party. However, if you lose, you will be liable to pay the other, successful, party's costs.
