Shelley is a First Class Honours LLB (Hons) student who has worked at Tuckers since 2013.
She currently specialises in the areas of Civil Liberties and Prison Law, with a wealth of advocacy experience in assisting both indeterminate and determinate sentenced clients before the Parole Board and District Judges. In addition, she is continually instructed to represent clients with various matters relating to security category reviews, sentence progression and calculation, recalls to custody, challenging licence conditions and permanent resettlement abroad.
Shelley is known for providing an excellent and dedicated service to all of her clients and is highly regarded for her in depth understanding of all issues affecting prisoners, her understanding and practical advice on all matters.
Shelley is a member of Association of Prison Lawyers and the Inquest Lawyers Group
