R v Jack Tweed
Represented by Phil Smith, Partner from the Central London Office, the widower of the reality TV star Jade Goody and his friend have been cleared of raping a teenager in Essex. Jack Tweed and Anthony Davis had been accused of attacking the woman on 4 September 2009.

Forest Hill Police Shooting
Partner, Richard Egan is representing a man who was shot by police and then arrested on suspicion of the attempted murder of three officers. Following a four day trial at Teeside Crown Court, Titus Bramble, the Sunderland Footballer, was acquitted of sexual assault charges.
