Forest Hill Police Shooting
Partner, Richard Egan is representing a man who was shot by police and then arrested on suspicion of the attempted murder of three officers. The 25-year old spent a considerable amount of time in hospital after he was hit by several bullets at the incident in February.
The suspect’s family have lodged a formal complaint with the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) who are investigating the event as standard practice.
