HSE v. ROK Building Limited

The Health and Safety Executive instructed Tuckers to prosecute ROK Building Limited following an accident on an airbridge at Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport. The accident resulted in the serious injury of a gentleman called Keith Sterry.
