“In my view, Suzanne is an extraordinary solicitor in every way. She has the ability and the sensitivity to reassure her clients and their families that she personally (as well as professionally) cares about their concerns and anxieties. She is tough, resilient and fearless in her dealings with the police and the prosecution, badgering them whenever necessary to ensure her clients are treated fairly and that their rights are respected and she is a natural team player who works closely with her barristers to make sure everyone is doing their job as efficiently and effectively as possible in serving the client. All in all, she is a credit to her profession and sets the gold standard for what a 21st century criminal solicitor should be”.
