October 2, 2015

The Tuckers’ team of Phil Smith and Henrietta Ronson and Counsel, Alex Cameron and Louise Street, instructed on a private basis by James Richardson, attended at the sentencing hearing today of this high profile case.

The Crown had already accepted a guilty plea from Mr Richardson to a charge of manslaughter, on the basis that he should not be prosecuted for murder given medical evidence to support his contention that he suffered from alcohol dependency syndrome.
