Further success for Tuckers’ H&S team

A second successful prosecution in December 2012 for the Tuckers’ Health & Safety team has been reported in the industry publication the Health & Safety at Work magazine.   Julia Thomas successfully prosecuted Apollo Property Services Group Limited for a breach of section 391 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 for covering over a live gas flue during roofing works on a council estate and causing 7 people, including 3 children, to suffer from Carbon Monoxide poisoning and to be hospitalised.
